The hotel had great facilities, including a swimming pool, and was conveniently located near the motorway junction. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Good service at the reception. We used the hotel for transit, so location near the highway was perfect. Restaurant also close to the hotel.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with double aspect views of the valley and the pool. The location is ideal, close to the motorway junction and the town center of Rovereto. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

Quiet hotel, though busy area - on a main road, excellent unobstructed view of mountains from balcony.

the hotel was conveniently located close to the town centre and provided easy access to the mountains and seaside of Italy. the room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of towels available. the staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. Breakfast was simple but affordable, and the swimming pool was a plus for the hot summer.

The onsite parking at the hotel was quite limited and could pose a potential issue during busy periods.

Dinner at the Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast, although a small charge in addition to the room was very good. Breakfast food was good, the service during breakfast was excellent. The hotel clerk that was working when we checked in spoke very good English which we greatly appreciated. The fact that they could accommodate our family of 4 and allowed pets was exactly why we chose this hotel!

The hotel staff were ill tempered. The room was needing maintenance and was filthy. The air conditioner did not function. We could not open the windows because there was constant heavy traffic throughout the night. Do yourself a favor a avoid this hotel. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Nice and clean, super-friendly and caring staff!

Airconditioning was playing weird - worked for 2 hours then again didnt.. Then again worked.. And so on. Was rather hot those three days and it was a bit inconvenient..
